Spelling Term 1 Week 11

This week for spelling, there are no words to learn. At the end of this week they will be given a spelling levels test to see if their spelling level has changed. For Week 1 of Term 2 their spelling will consist of a retention test in which I will ask them any 40 of the words they have been given in Term 1. If they get more than 32/40 in both of these tests they will go up a level.

Spelling Term 1 Week 10

These are the spelling words for Week 10. They may already know these words but will be learning the spelling pattern or rule. If you would like to extend their knowledge have them find or come up with other words that follow that pattern. Testing is done on a Friday.
